Environmentally friendly control of diesel plague and pollution in oils
It is commonly known that there in diesel tanks may be problems with microbiological growth of bacteria, fungi, yeast and algae. This process is often referred to as diesel plague.
We have developed a special UVC lamp for use in diesel and oil plants for disinfection of harmful microorganisms. When properly installed, our special systems keep diesel in the tanks free of microorganisms.
The system works by continuously circulating diesel in the tank past the UV lamp in a so-called UV reactor consisting of a stainless-steel chamber, in which a special UV lamp is mounted.
On the water, on land and in the air
The systems are designed for “Plug and Play” and can be installed in both 230 volt and 12/24-volt systems and can therefore be used in large land-based tank systems as trucks, boats etc.
In the case of large plants with a large exchange of air, it may be advantageous to disinfect the air before it is led into the tanks, this can also be ensured using special UV systems adapted to the air change.
UV systems for diesel can also be used for cleaning purposes but must then be combined with filters for removing the eliminated microorganisms.
Our UV systems are today widely used for disinfection of water, air, surfaces, water tanks etc. in agriculture, food production as in industry.
Simple, compact and efficient mounting
Avoid crashes and outages of engines, generators or costly cleaning of tanks, by preventing microorganism growth in tanks and systems.
UV system and pump are easily installed in piping or as external connection to tank.
